Location: 3#101 Conference Room

Since the concept of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) was coined by Tang’s group in 2001, AIE-related research was booming and permeated a large number of research disciplines with a widespread influence. The working mechanisms for the AIE phenomena were studied gradually for better understanding and design of AIEgen systems, which showcased wide applications in bioimaging, chemo sensing, optoelectronics, and responsive systems. Herein, systematic presentation of working mechanisms of AIE, introduction and design of AIEgen systems, AIE-based technological applications is going to be made in this lecture.
